The Approach.

From the beginning, The Outsider was an exploration of mixing rugged heritage and modern performance materials to create something uniquely KUHL. A ripstop version of KUHL’s signature weather-resistant waxed cotton blend material was developed, and a soft and flexible double-weave softshell was paneled in where stretch and breathability were needed most. Beautiful interior clean-finishing and a versatile feature set including a concealed zip pocket at side body, gusseted cuffs with adjustment tabs, interior drop-in pockets, and a wicking partial liner elevate this style far beyond pure utility.
